Primal Eats is a collection of grain-free recipes inspired by Mark Sisson’s Primal Blueprint. Most have been adapted from other sources (credit given at the end of each post), but some are original creations. They generally do not include processed foods or sugars, and never contain grains or gluten. We also encourage using local, clean, grass-fed meats and local, organic produce whenever possible — farmer’s markets and CSAs are great places to find both.

Thank you for posting all these recipes. I make your brownies tonight and they are wonderful. I used cocoa powder and mixed in a handful of very dark chocolate chips and chopped walnuts. My goodness!! Yummy!
I am curious about the cornbread and the use of asian noodles. I stay away from those things, corn and rice.
Still..love this site!!
