Easy to make, easy to eat.

  • 4 slices deli ham
  • 4 slices deli turkey
  • 6 slices deli cheese
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 cup spinach leaves, rinsed
  • Mayonnaise or salad dressing

Lay a slice of ham on a plate. Lay the turkey over it, then 1 1/2 slices of cheese. Add half of a sliced egg, some spinach leaves, and mayo or dressing. Roll it all up, secure with a toothpick, and enjoy.

Roasted red peppers, banana peppers, sliced onion, tomato, cucumber, olives, lebne spread… add whatever you’d like, but be careful not to overstuff them or they’ll fall apart.
