Finally, a recipe for brownies that is just as delicious as the sugar-and-flour-laden original.

Irresistible: fluffy, chocolatey, satisfying brownies.

  • 1/2 cup dark (>80% cocoa) chocolate pieces
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 Tbs. vanilla
  • 1/4 cup total of dark chocolate chips and chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pulse the 1/2 cup of dark chocolate pieces in a food processor until they’re ground to mealy pieces. Add the coconut flour, salt and baking soda and pulse to combine.

Add the eggs, honey, melted butter and vanilla. Pulse again until combined. Pour into a greased 8 X 8 glass baking dish and sprinkle the chocolate chips and walnuts on top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes.
