Get that satisfying crunch from a snack of sweet potato chips.

Perfect alone or with salsa, homemade ranch or guacamole.

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced on a mandoline’s thinnest setting
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line a couple baking sheets with foil and lightly brush with olive oil. Lay your chips in a single layer on the pan. Lightly brush with olive oil. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top. Bake until brown and crispy, anywhere from 15-30 minutes, depending on your oven.
