The combination makes for an easy and nutritious dessert and this presentation gives it a little bit of “fancy.” It’s as delicious as it is beautiful.

Per plate:

Yogurt, berries, cinnamon and honey in a dramatic presentation.

  • 4 1-Tbs. scoops of strained plain yogurt
  • 4 pieces of fruit (raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, blueberries, cherries, mango, or a mix)
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Drizzle of honey
  • Sprig of mint

Place the four dollops of yogurt around the plate. Strained yogurt or Labna will be thick enough to hold shape. Top each with a berry or piece of fruit. Give a few dashes of cinnamon over the whole plate, then drizzle a very thin line of honey over the yogurt dots. Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve.
